The White is a staple pizza in NYC. We're bringing it to Kzoo. It starts with our crust, of course, then starts with our garlic infused olive oil, ricotta, pecorino, shredded and fresh mozzarella and burrata cheese. After it's baked its topped with a drizzle of garlic infused olive oil and fresh basil (when available and not bonk). It is a cheese lovers DELIGHT!

What an amazing find. The staff was very welcoming. It was my 1st time there and they made you feel like family. Fresh ingredients they even grow their own mushrooms!!! I've been several times, just trying out different pizzas. I've only ordered the vegan options, but I absolutely love this place. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. The pizzas are great, not too thin or thick, not so many toppings that the pizza is soggy, it's been very consistent and I like that. My favorite so far has been the spicy vegan. If you're on the fence, I'd say give it a try!

Monday's in March from 6-8:30 pm. $50 per person over 12 years of age. Learn how to roll doughballs, stretch and possibly toss dough (if you're brave enough), sauce cheese and top pizza to your liking, and finally bake your own pizza. It all started when Paul and Kathleen decided to take their love of New York Style Pizza and bring it to Kalamazoo Michigan. Pizza Katerina was born! At the same time Melodie and Jimmy were working in their home to perfect their homemade pizza for family and friends to share. They had been working on their recipes for 8 years changing this and that for the best taste and texture.
