NY White

The White is a staple pizza in NYC. We're bringing it to Kzoo. It starts with our crust, of course, then starts with our garlic infused olive oil, ricotta, pecorino, shredded and fresh mozzarella and burrata cheese. After it's baked its topped with a drizzle of garlic infused olive oil and fresh basil (when available and not bonk). It is a cheese lovers DELIGHT!
